Your Circuit, Run Like
a National Federation.
The engine behind national tennis bodies across Asia — now open to private circuits, academies and independent Referees. Bring your events; HitCourt brings everything else.
Everything a Circuit Needs, Day One
Your circuit lives under your own name: your tournaments, your players, your rankings. You decide the rules; the platform does the work.
🏆Tournament Launch
Create a tournament in minutes — events, grades, dates, entry windows, factsheets — and publish it to your own public calendar.
📋Entries & Acceptance
Online entries, automated acceptance lists, seeding, sign-in and withdrawals — the paperwork that eats your week, done by the platform.
🎲Every Draw Format
Elimination, Round-Robin Leagues, Placement, Consolation and two-stage formats — made automatically, or placed line by line when you want the hand of the Referee.
📅Scheduling & Results
Order of Play by court and hour, live score recording, automatic progression of winners — and every result published the moment it is saved.
📈Your Own Rankings
A points ladder you control, computed every week under your circuit's name — with Standings for the youngest age groups instead of rankings.
🎓Certificates & Reports
Every child who plays gets a certificate with their real result. Draw sheets, acceptance PDFs and reports, generated on demand.
A Referee Zone That Works at Courtside Speed
Run a whole tournament from one screen, on the day, under pressure — with an AI assistant that knows your schedule, your rulebook and your entry lists.
- Quick Launch — a ready-to-run test or real event in a few clicks, formats preset by age group.
- Sign-In to Standings — acceptance, groups, draws, scores and finals flow one into the next; the platform forwards the winners.
- Facilitation, Never Policing — you declare the winner; the system records, repairs and keeps up with you.
- Your Own Events — standalone Referees publish their own tournaments, rankings and certificates under their own name.
Pick Up a Rulebook and Start Running
You do not need to write regulations before your first event. HitCourt ships complete, editable R&R packs — adopt one as your circuit's default and change any clause later.
🎽Junior Circuit
Age groups, grades, points ladder, acceptance and seeding rules for a full junior tour — aligned with international practice, adjustable per circuit.
🎾Amateur Circuit
Open and club-level competition with flexible formats, social leagues and a ranking ladder that keeps weekend players coming back.
🧻Under-10s · HitCourt 10s
Red, Orange and Green ball levels with Stars progression, round-robin-first formats, Standings instead of rankings — and a certificate for every child who plays.
🤖AI in Every Zone
Assistants in the Admin, Referee, Rankings and Coaching modules — first in Asia. They propose; you decide.
🌐Web + Mobile
Your circuit on the web for the world, and mobile apps for the people who run it and play in it.
🛡Your Data, Isolated
Every circuit is walled off: your players, entries and rankings are yours alone, managed under your login.
